Shipping policy

Shipping

1) All orders ship directly from our headquarter in Macau S.A.R.

2) In-stock items ship within 24 hours after ordering; however, during special occasions order processing can take 2-7 business days.

3) Shipping occurs on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Macau S.A.R. public holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

4) Orders will be shipped via SF Express.

5) All prices listed on this website are in MOP (Patacas).

MOP $100 = HKD $100

6) Free Macau S.A.R. delivery on orders over MOP $300. For orders under MOP $300, customers are responsible for paying the courier fee.
