Refund policy
Please read our refund policy carefully before you place your order.
All sales are final, no refunds are accepted.
We make an exception in the event the sold good has any factory defects or damage.
For defective merchandise (means any sellable item affected by non-standard conditions) we have a seven (7) days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item's product seal must be unopened and unused. Items will be accepted only if returned in their original condition and undamaged package.
And please note that the product photos are for reference only, please take the material object as the standard.
To start a return, you can send an email with a photo of your product and the original receipt to support@23beautycollection.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Then we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend you using a trackable shipping service when you are returning your item to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong item received
We apologies if you have received the wrong item by mistake. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Due to hygiene concerns, makeup brushes, makeup puff, soap and other personal care goods (such as beauty products) are unable to be returned, unless they are defective merchandise.
- Goods that have been used, damaged, defaced, or with security seals open will be rejected by our returns department.
- Items purchased during a sale and/ or discounted items are strictly non-returnable. Please make sure you review your order before purchasing any sale items.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to factory defect.
- Any item returned more than seven (7) calendar days after delivery.
- Any item not purchased directly through our website (www.23beautycollection.com.mo) and without original receipt.
